Len is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including energy services, education, logistics, real estate development and hospitality. Len’s passion is in creating and implementing innovative programs to establish culture, systems and training that will develop leaders and empower employees to do their best work.  He has successfully implemented human resource management strategies that enabled companies to attract, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Len specializes in HR department start-ups, talent management, organizational culture, leadership development and employee communications. 

Len is known for his thoughtful approach to sensitive situations and appreciates the need for solutions that maintain the dignity and respect of all involved.

Len also believes in giving back to the community.  He has served on, and has received awards for his contributions to various HR association committees and currently serves on the Professional Development committee for the York Region chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).  As well, Len serves on the boards of two not-for-profit organizations and is immediate past chair Chair of URJ Camp George’s Camp Council.

Len is certified through the HRPA as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and is accredited to deliver and interpret various assessments for talent selection, coaching and team development. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
